Designed and engineered a multi-screen real-time quiz management system for the Christian Education Department. The system handles synchronized competitive rounds across multiple simultaneous participant pods with live timer countdowns, immediate score arbitration, and public auditorium projector broadcasts.

Architecture & Engineering

Architected using Laravel Reverb for bi-directional WebSocket event broadcasting, combined with Livewire and Alpine.js for reactive state synchronization on client tablets without full page refreshes. Implemented server-side timestamp validation and atomic mutex locking to resolve sub-second buzzer contestations and eliminate race conditions during high-pressure buzzer rounds.
